Intensive Limb Applications
Due to the elongated structure of the limbs, with joints located at relatively large intervals, with the traditional ABR Manual Exercises could be applied with less efficiency for the limbs than for the more spherical structures such as neck, head and thorax.
A great deal of limb improvement occurs through the cascade effect – meaning that improvements at the trunk level work towards the peripheries of the arms and legs. Other ABR Manual applications could be made to the hydraulic structures of the joints singularly.
Through the development of the PAVES program one is now able to address the limbs from the periphery and as an entirety, thereby intensifying the affects of application.
