Self-Applied Exercise Program

All patients with mild to severe dysfunction of the motor skeletal system can now be taught a wide variety of exercises for implementation as a home program.  It is necessary for the affected person to be able to consistently execute some simple voluntary movements and minimal weight bearing positions.  Success depends upon diligence and regularity of application.

From Mild to Severe

Mild Disorders such as:

  • Back Pain
  • General Joint pain and degeneration
  • Specific joint degeneration for example hip, elbow, knee or shoulder
  • Tennis Elbow
  • Whip Lash
  • Rheumatism and arthritis
  • Aid in the healing of fractures

Severe degenerative disorders, for example;

  • Stroke
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Metabolic diseases
  • Poly Arthritis
