ABR Training normally takes place in courses lasting eight to ten hours spread over three days.
The main goal of the training is to learn the exercises that are applicable for the individual children or adults undergoing the training.
To achieve this end the ABR Technique as such is taught, practiced and perfected over several course visits.
In addition we offer parents and caretakers presentations and lectures exploring the theoretical background about the ABR Technique and Method. In these lectures elementary anatomical and physiological understanding is provided, necessary to promote a comprehension of the technique and of the processes involved in the transformations seen by the individuals in the program rehabilitation method.
The families involved in the courses receive photo documentation of the current exercise program for their own child, as well as manual texts about specific training elements.
Individuals or families who are interested in beginning with ABR first register for the Basic ABR Conditioning Course.
