The Trimilin Vario is the trampoline of choice for applying the ABR Trunk Limb Coordination exercises. Used in combination with “Wellpur Pillows” (link) these exercises override stress shielding effects of stiff and spastic bodily areas as well as dramatically increase the mechanical input to weakened and instable joints. At the same time negative mechanical effects to already stiffened areas are successfully cancelled out.
